Women have so much to balance between work and home—why don’t they have their kids help out? As easy as it sounds, often, women are so stretched for time, that it is often faster to do everything yourself than try to get your kids to chip in. I share a book that brings fresh insights into raising a child that contributes to the family along with the books’ take-aways that I tried myself.
