Help is a Four Letter Word. Women are constantly in the position of asking for help rather than being partners with others for domestic responsibilities. Consequently, when other members of a household do chores, there is an expectation of appreciation and praise, further putting women in a position of being grateful for the little they get. How can we change this dynamic so that all members of the household contribute as a team and not as a favor to mom?

As easy as it sounds, often, women are so stretched for time, that it is often faster to do everything yourself than try to get your kids to chip in.
